Emonec is a bottom fermentation beer and therefore needs more time to settle before it is served with nice snow white foam and balanced note of gentle hop bitterness and barley malt. Our beer does not go through the process of pasteurization which is used in all major breweries. In this way we maintain a better flavour and taste of beer. Everything with a purpose of achieving a real taste of the king’s drink.
Beer, if consumed moderately, shall calm the anger, cheer up the spirit and stimulate the health.

What is Emonec Kraft Beer like?
Basically, kraft beers are those beers that are not produced in large industrial breweries but in smaller boutique-like micro breweries which in principle put quality before quantity. It is expected from small breweries that they will do all the best for their guests and manufacture equally good beer at each brewing process. It is also expected that good beer is served with appropriate food in a nice and relaxed atmosphere.
Brewery can be considered as a kraft
brewery if it takes into account three basic
principles of kraft brewing industry;
Production volume should be boutique-type and definitely lower than in large international beer corporations.
The majority of brewery should be independently owned. Only a small portion (a quarter) may be owned by a company which is not a kraft brewery.
Product emphasis should be on quality that should arise from traditional or innovative ingredients and brewing processes.
Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.
